Matt Little
PresidentNSCA member since 1996, Master Class Veteran Concurrent. Joined MSCA BOD Spring of 2020.
As President of the MSCA, our goal is to help support our member clubs to enhance target presentation and registered events. We also support our State and Great Lakes tournaments. Also, our support extends to in state youth shooting programs.
I am proud to be part of this very dynamic and dedicated MSCA BOD as we all share these common goals.
We are looking forward to our 2023 shooting season as the best ever in our Great Lake State.

Mary Jo Birka
Secretary & NSCA National DelegateRetired Medical Technologist from the Beaumont Health Systems, where I spent 22 of my 43 years in health care. Originally from Dearborn, Michigan, I have lived with my husband Mark in Northville for 36 years. Volunteering is not new to me, as I served as a Girl Scout Leader for more than 15 years.
I became a NSCA member in 2008 and punched into Master Class in 2020. Typically shoot 5000-6000 registered targets per year. We have enjoyed shooting at a variety of venues around the country. I have attended the NSCA Nationals 11 consecutive years, and have shot at numerous regional events, and US Opens.
As a member of the Michigan Sporting Clays Association Board, I want to help promote sporting clays events, increase attendance, and make sure that participants enjoy themselves.
Charlie Schneider
DirectorCharles “Charlie” Schneider has been an attorney for 45 years practicing Bankruptcy Law. He is a member of both the Michigan Shooting Centers and the Grand Blanc Huntsman Club. He first picked up a shotgun 8 years ago and immediately began shooting NSCA-registered targets. He found the community of shotgun shooters to be very friendly and accommodating to the fact that he was a novice. After all, he shared one thing in common with all shooters. He missed targets. He just did it more often. Everyone shared their knowledge of the rules of the game. He is very excited to be on the MSCA board of directors and contribute whatever skills he may have to the success of the organization.
