Hello Everyone!  On the weekend of September 10-13, 2020, the MSCA held the 2020 State Shoot and even in this new COVID environment, the shoot was well managed with safety in mind and in keeping with the guidance set forth by the state.  The event was well attended by many of our membership and I would like to take a moment to thank everyone that was in attendance and to take the opportunity to once again, congratulate all our class winners!  Well done and great shooting!!

As is customary, the shooters participated in ballot voting for the next years shoot and after all the counting and board review, the results are in.

The 2021 MSCA State Shoot will be held at: Bald Mountain Shooting Range

Additionally, the 2021 Great Lakes Championship will be held at: Grand Blanc Huntsman Club

Keep in mind that there are still a number of registered shoots slated for the remainder of 2020 and I would encourage you all to get out there and support our partner clubs.  Just as importantly, remember to register early!  There have been shoot cancellations in the recent past and the root cause was lack of pre-registration by our membership. You can view all of the scheduled upcoming tournaments by clicking here.

So sign up and sign up early!

In closing, look for any continued MSCA communications through email correspondence, the MSCA Facebook page and on our homepage at miclays.com. Additionally, notification of cancellation or postponements will be noted on the NSCA website and Target Talk emails.

Thank you all for support and understanding as we move through these unpresidented and challenging times together.  Stay safe, stay well and stay active!

Sincerely,
Russell Brzezinski
